Call rate can be decreased: Tarana Halim

State Minister for Posts and Telecommunications Tarana Halim said call rate of mobile phone can be decreased if need.
Bangladesh’s position in the lowest call rate of the mobile phone is second, she said.
The call rate has been fixed for lowest price Tk 0.25 and highest price Tk 2.
She made this discussion in parliament session on Tuesday.
