Ekramul murder accused killed in Feni ‘gunfight’

One of the prime accused in Fulgazi upazila chairman Ekramul Haque murder case was killed in an alleged gunfight with Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) in Feni municipality area last night.
Deceased Md Sohel alias Ruti Sohel was accused in eight criminal cases including the killing case, our Feni correspondent reports quoting police.
Ekramul Haque, also the president of Awami League Fulgazi upazila unit, was shot and burnt to death in his car in broad daylight on May 20, 2014.
