    4 teaspoon butter
    2 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 handful chopped coriander leaves
    1/4 teaspoon chaat masala powder
    1 teaspoon green papaya

    2 parathas
    salt as required
    1 sliced onion
    1 chopped green chilli

For Marination

    1 teaspoon garlic paste
    2 pinches red chilli powder
    1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
    1 finely chopped green chilli

    1 teaspoon ginger paste
    100 gm yoghurt (curd)
    1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    2 teaspoon refined oil

How to make Kathi Kebab Roll

    Step 1

Take boneless mutton pieces in a bowl. Add all the marinade ingredients and rub well.

Let the mutton marinate overnight in the refrigerator so that the spices are well

absorbed by the meat. Add a teaspoon of raw papaya to this meat. It will help the

    mutton cook

    faster.

    Step 2

Now heat the butter in a deep-bottomed pan. When it is sufficiently hot add the mutton

pieces. Sprinkle salt as required and cook on medium flame. Keep the mutto covered

so that it cooks in it's own juices.

    Step 3

Once the mutton is half done and in case it becomes too dry, add a little water and

cook further. Check by breaking the mutton pieces with fork. If it breaks easily, it is

done. Remove from fire and keep aside.

    Step 4

Now take a little butter and cook the parathas on both sides till they are crisp but not

    brittle.

    Step 5

Now add the prepared filling, roll and wrap in a butter paper. Serve hot with coriander

chutney. You can also pack this delightful roll to office or have it as a dinner on days

you do not want to cook an elaborate meal.
