The holy month of Ramadan has once again fallen in summer, making it even harder for us to toil away without food and water in the heat. The humidity means dehydration is a constant risk, and we need to consume more fluids during and after Iftar to help fight it.

Keeping that in mind, we bring you five summer drinks which are amazing to taste and will help keep you stay fresh and hydrated as well.

1 cup pineapple juice

To make the sugar syrup, combine sugar and one cup of water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved and let it cool.

In a large pitcher, whisk together the sugar syrup, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and five cups water. Place in the refrigerator until chilled, and serve over ice.
