4 'JMB men' detained in Rajshahi

Police in a drive detained four members of banned militant outfit Neo Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) from Durgapur and Puthia upazilas in Rajshahi early Friday.

The identities of the detainess could not be known immediately.

Rajshahi special branch police additional superintendent Sumit Chowdhury said a team of police conducted an anti-militant drive in the two upazilas of the districts and arrested them along with some weapons and Jihadi books.

A case was filed in this regard.
