PM's press conference begins

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's press briefing on her just-concluded visit to Italy has begun at the PM's official residence at Ganabhaban in the capital.

The briefing about the outcome of her visit to Italy began at 4:45 pm on Monday.

The Prime Minister visited Italy paid the four-day official visit to Italy and Vatican City from February 11-14.

In Italy, the premier attended the annual governing council meeting of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) at the invitation of IFAD President Gilbert F Houngbo.
