5 arrested for gang-raping housemaid in Savar

Police on Tuesday arrested five people from different areas of Savar in connection with a case filed for gang-raping a housemaid.

Tipped off, a team of police conducted drives in different areas of Savar and arrested them in the night, said FM Sayed, officer-in-charge of Savar Model Police Station.
Later, the victim filed a case with the said police station.
