For Jaya, the fun time in London is over. With the end of Cricket World Cup, she is all set to go back to work.
The versatile Bangladeshi actress said that she would be busy soon as she had signed in three Tollywood (India's Bangla film industry) films recently.
After finishing her World Cup tour in UK, Jaya Ahsan visited India's Kolkata to ink the contracts before returning to Bangladesh.
"The shooting for the films will begin after Eid-ul-Azha from August" Jaya said.
The actress, however, did not disclose the details such as about the co-stars or the names of the directors of the films.
Naming all three of the directors as renowned Jaya said, she had worked with two of them earlier.
Jaya was missing her mother as she was out of the country for around two months.
“I want to take some rest this month. I will spend time with my mother as well,” she said.
The actress has recently finished shooting for a Dhallywood film based on Ahmed Sofa’s popular novel 'Olatchakra' based on 1971 liberation war. The dubbing for the film is yet to be done.
Jaya played the role of Tayeba in the film.
The film is a 3D one, first ever of its type in Bangladesh and in Bangla language, said Jaya.
“The storyline is good. It's my first ever 3D film. I hope it will do good as it was well-thought by the director himself,” said the actress.
Jaya had worked in a commercial TV commercial recently, too. In the TV ad for coconut oil, she played a character of a strong woman.
