Ingredients of Ramadan Kebabi
500 gm minced beef pieces
1 large tomato
chilli flakes as required
3 teaspoon butter
black pepper as required
1 handful spinach
700 gm yoghurt (curd)
1 medium onion
2 cloves minced garlic
salt as required
5 pita bread
How to make Ramadan Kebabi
Step 1
To prepare this recipe, wash the tomatoes and onions under running water and finely chop them using a clean chopping board. Turn the oven to medium heat and warm the pita bread in it for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, take a pan over medium flame and add the chopped onions to it. Fry them till it becomes translucent and then, add the minced beef along with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cook till the beef turns brown and add the tomatoes. Cook for another five minutes before taking it off the flame. Cover the pan and set aside.
Step 4
Now, take a small pan over medium flame and saute the chilli flakes in butter. Then, take the minced garlic and add it into a large bowl along with the yoghurt.
Step 5
Finally, open up the pita bread and drizzle 2 teaspoons of water in it. Now, stuff with spinach, the prepared minced beef and top it with a spoonful of the garlic yoghurt mixture. Garnish with the buttery chilli flakes and enjoy the delicious Ramadan Kebabi.
