Women’s annual sports begin in RU

The three-day long annual sports of Rajshahi University female students began at its campus on Saturday.

RU Vice-chancellor Professor M Abdus Sobhan inaugurated the competition at the university’s Sheikh Kamal Stadium by releasing balloons at9:00am.
 
Pro-vice chancellors Professor Ananda Kumar Saha and Professor Choudhury M Zakaria addressed the inaugural ceremony as special guests.
 
In the competition, more than one hundred female students of six resident halls of the university are taking part.
