Souvenir of Legal Aid Committee published in Gaibandha

A souvenir namely 'Saran' was published at the initiative of District Legal Aid Committee (DLAC) on Tuesday evening as a part of the celebration of National Legal Aid Day-2016.

A simple function organized by souvenir publication sub committee was also held at the Circuit House of the town here at 8 pm.

District and sessions judge Rasheda Sultana attended the function and addressed it as the chief guest. 

District judge, Nari o shishu Nirjatan Daman Tribunal Ratneshwar Bhattacharja, deputy commissioner M. Abdus Samad, superintendent of police Ashraful Islam, and administrator of zila parishad Advocate Syed Shams-ul-Alam Hiru were present as the special guests.

All the judges of district judgeship and judicial magistracy, panel lawyers, and the members of DLAC, and representatives of BRAC, SKS Foundation and GUK including the journalists attended the function.
