Speaker leaves Dhaka for Andhra Pradesh

Bangladesh Jatiya Sangsad Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury, also the Chairperson of Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA), executive committee, left Dhaka today for Andhra Pradesh in India to attend a three-day conference.
The Speaker will take part in 'National Women's Parliament' from February 9 to 11, a parliament secretariat media release said.
Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly and Andhra Pradesh government jointly organized the conference in assistance of CPA and IPU (Inter-Parliamentary Union).
Begum Sagufta Yasmin, MP accompanied the Speaker.
The Speaker is scheduled to return Dhaka on February 11.
