Minor murdered after rape in Kushtia

A minor girl was killed after being raped by unidentified miscreant at Mitonkhasimara area in Mirpur Upazila in the district.
The victim was identified as Sabia, 6, daughter of a day laborer of the area.
Locals said that the girl went missing on September 14 evening. The next day her body was found in a ditch beside paddy fields in Mitonkhasimara.
OC of Mirpur Police Station Rafikul Islam said they detained a man after a case was filed over the matter.
