Cooking time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

Cauliflower                           250 grams

Onion                                     75 grams

Tomato                                  100grams

Garlic                                      4 cloves

Ginger                                    1” piece

Coriander leaves                   few (finely chopped)

Salt                                          to taste

Red chilli powder                  ¼ tsp

Turmeric powder                  ½ tsp

Coriander powder                1 tsp

Garam masala                       ¼ tsp

Tamarind powder                 ½ tsp

Turmeric powder                  ½ tsp

Method:

Cut cauliflower into pieces and wash properly.

Heat water in a deep pan, bring to a boil and turn off the flame.

Dip cauliflower florets in hot water for 15 minutes.

Mix all spices.

Drain the water of cauliflower and sprinkle the masala mixture on them. Marinate for half an hour.

Preheat oven/air fryer for ten minutes. Apply oil on the base and cook marinated cauliflower pieces till tender.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

You can eat this dish as a snack or as a vegetable with chapatti.
